Pallet Cleaning, Inspection and Quality Control

HHL 88 Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. provides pallet trimming, cleaning, inspection and quality-control services to prepare wooden pallets for safer handling, reuse and delivery. Each pallet is visually inspected, and the required work is carried out according to its condition, design and the customer’s requirements.

During the trimming process, protruding or uneven wooden sections are cut or adjusted. Pallet boards and edges may also be corrected where necessary. The pallets are checked for loose boards, exposed or misaligned nails, damaged components and dimensional issues. If a pallet is extensively damaged or unsuitable for continued use, repair or replacement may be recommended.

After trimming and adjustment, an air blower is used to remove loose sawdust and production debris. The pallets then undergo a final inspection to confirm their cleanliness, stability, workmanship and compliance with the agreed order requirements.

The work that can be completed depends on the pallet’s design, dimensions and overall condition.
